NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Metro police are still on the lookout for a gunman, who they say shot and killed a man in a downtown nightclub.

Brian Amos, 22, was shot near the stomach, and later died at Vanderbilt Medical Center.

Police say the shooting happened during a fight inside the Bentley House of Soul on George L. Davis Boulevard around 1:30 Sunday morning. There was a big crowd inside the club at the time.

The shooter was able to get away from the scene before police arrived.
