NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Dozens of people lined up to look for a new career at a job fair at LP Field on Wednesday.
Some of the area's largest employers were there recruiting qualified workers. Some of the employers included Shoney's, Chipotle, Bed Bath and Beyond, Wendy's, and Allied Waste.
There were also a number of schools at the fair offering to further education.
While that may mean more money in your pocket after getting a higher degree , it means money out of your wallet if you're already out of a job.
Many job seekers told us they left feeling a little defeated.
"I think that everybody has great intentions, but it looks like there's just a lot of schools here today, and I know everyone wants to further their education and that's a great thing. But when you're needing a job, and when you're needing a job right now, it just really doesn't seem to help that much," said Art Mullins.
