2 6oz packages Strawberry Jello
1 Cup sugar
4 Medium Red Delicious Apples (do not peel - core and cut into quarters)
2 Large oranges (do not peel - cut off ends and quarter)
3 1/2 cups frozen cranberries
1 20oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup pecans, chopped
Dissolve jello and sugar in 1 cup of boiling water.
Grind apples, oranges and frozen cranberries through a meat grinder (or food processer) using a medium cutting head
Mix into jello mixture
Stir in undrained crushed pineapple and pecans
Chill and serve
Makes about 3 quarts
