MARSHALL COUNTY, Tenn. - An autopsy report has revealed the cause of death for a missing preacher from Kentucky.

The report showed David Dickinson's official cause of death as drowning.

A hiker found Dickinson's body near a Marshall County creek back on October 11.  He had been missing since late September.

Dickinson had been in Lewisburg for a revival at New Life Pentecostal Church at the time, but walked off from the camper he shared with his wife and kids.
