DAISY KING / MISS DAISY'S KITCHEN
4 cups fresh cranberries 1 apple. peeled and diced 1/2 cup seedless raisins 1/2 cup golden raisins 2 cups light brown sugar 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon cloves 1/4 teaspoon ginger 1 whole cinnamon stick
Assemble ingredients and utensils. Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered about 30 minutes. Stir often. Cool and refrigerate. Yield 1 1/2 pints.
