Jon Bon Jovi Alive, Rumors Laid To Rest

NEW JERSEY- He may be livin' on a prayer, but singer Jon Bon Jovi is still very much livin'. The singer took to Facebook Monday to dismiss rumors that he had died.

The rumor began Monday afternoon on Twitter, after a fake press release got re-tweeted numerous times.

Bon Jovi posted on the band's Facebook page around 7 p.m. to assure fans he was alive and well. The singer posted a photo of himself with Monday's date written on a piece of paper.

He was even able to laugh about the rumor saying "Heaven sure looks a lot like New Jersey." So rest assured that Jon is alive and well!
