NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Several wrecks caused some traffic issues on interstates around Nashville due to the rain on Wednesday morning.

I-24 eastbound at exit 52, Murfreesboro Road was partially blocked due to a crash. Traffic was backed up for miles.

The eastbound lanes of Interstate 40 at exit 99 at Old Hickory Boulevard were partially blocked due to a crash. The westbound lanes of I-40 at mile marker 203 were also partially blocked.

There was also a crash partially blocking interstate 24 west at exit 48, James Robertson Parkway.

The northbound lanes of I-65 at mile marker 75 were also partially blocked due to a crash.

All were cleared by noon.
