NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A local barber shop is spending the days leading up to Christmas by giving back.
Sports and Cuts at the Hickory Hollow Mall gave free haircuts to kids in need on Thursday.
The owner said it's just a way to lend a helping hand to families in the community.
"For all the single parents, families that need help, we know it's a rough time right now so we're just trying to contribute to the community. The Antioch area, Nashville for the kids that need cuts. Want to make sure every kid has a cut for the holidays," said Antonio Johnson.
Sports and Cuts will be giving free haircuts again Friday from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
