TBI Adds Suspect In Drive-By To Most Wanted List

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has added a 22-year-old man suspected of being involved in a fatal drive-by shooting in Mississippi to the state's most wanted list.

The agency said in a statement Wednesday that Rico Reynaldo Fleming is wanted by authorities in Marshall County, Mississippi, on one count of homicide in the Christmas morning shooting that killed 16-year-old Derica Patterson of Memphis. Fleming, of Moscow, Tennessee, also is charged with five counts of drive-by shooting.

The TBI said authorities in Fayette County, Tenn., also are searching for Fleming for allegedly violating his probation on charges including attempted second degree murder. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Fleming has a previous arrest history in the West Tennessee area that dates back to 2007 and includes unlawful possession of a weapon, DUI, aggravated assault, assault and evading arrest.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Rico Reynaldo Fleming is urged to call the TBI at 1-800-TBI-FIND. There is a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
