MARTHA WATKINS / COPPER KETTLE
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup ponzu sauce
½ cup sesame oil
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup packed brown sugar
zest and juice of 2 lemons
zest and juice of 2 oranges
additional 1 ½ cup orange juice
1 TBSP chopped fresh garlic
2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
¼ cup of fresh basil, measured then julienned
1 cup of chopped scallion, or green onion
1 tsp red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients and let chicken marinade overnight. Perfect for chicken wings or salmon too.
