LEBANON, Tenn.- Lebanon Police are searching for a man they consider to be armed and dangerous.
Police said that 18-year-old James R. Weir aka "Jarhead" is wanted on outstanding warrants for aggravated assault and especially aggravated robbery. According to police, Weir shot a man in the leg at the Mini Mart on North Cumberland in December.
In addition to the shooting, police said Weir has also been implicated in another incident in which he fired upon a victim and her vehicle.
Police described Weir as a black man, 5'9" tall, 150lbs with braided hair and brown eyes. Weir is known to be a member of the ‘Vice Lord' street gang.
