
LEBANON, Tenn. – Northbound Highway 109 in Lebanon was shut down for over two hours after a three-car crash that sent two people to the hospital.
The crash happened just after 3 p.m. Friday about a quarter-mile north of Highway 70.
Officials with the Lebanon Police Department two patients were transported by medical helicopter to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Their condition was not available.
The cause of the crash was still under investigation.
The scene was cleared around 5:30 p.m.
