HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. – A non-custodial father and two other individuals were detained in Sumner County for the aggravated kidnapping of his 2-year-old child.
Officials said 20-year-old Dacarri D. Turner showed up at a home on Old Shackle Road in Hendersonville on Sunday, January 29. He was accompanied by 22-year-old Jasoni A. Turner and an unidentified 17-year-old male.
Witnesses told officers from the Hendersonville Police Department that Turner went into the residence armed with a gun and took the child without consent.
Dacarri Turner was charged with aggravated kidnapping, aggravated assault and aggravated burglary. Bond was set at $100,000.
Jasoni Turner was charged with criminal responsibility for conduct of another for the kidnapping and bond was set at $50,000.
The teen was detailed for criminal responsibility of another.
The two men were scheduled to appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court on February 22, 2012.
