BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Northbound lanes of Interstate 65 have been closed in Williamson County after a crash just south of the Concord Road overpass.
The crash happened just before 6 p.m. at mile marker 71 in Brentwood. Details of the crash were not available.
The numbers of victims or injuries were not known, but a LifeFlight medical helicopter was called to the scene.
Northbound lanes were completely blocked. Southbound lanes were slow due to rubbernecking delays.
Officials with the Tennessee Highway patrol expected northbound lanes to be shut until 8 p.m.
Crews with the Tennessee Department of Transportation were working to clear the scene.
