BREADING
FOR CHICKEN BITES
- Combine 10 oz Seasoned Bread Crumbs, 6 oz All-Purpose Flour, 2 Tsp
Kosher Salt, and 1 Tsp Black Pepper in a Mixing Bowl and mix thoroughly.
- You may adjust seasoning to taste.
BAKED
BONELESS CHICKEN BITES
- You may use any kind of Boneless Chicken for this recipe: Chicken
Breast, Chicken Tenders, Boneless & Skinless Thighs, etc.
- Begin by cutting 2-3 Lb Chicken down into Bite-Size pieces,
approximately ¾" Cube.
- Lightly coat the Chicken Bites with some Creamy Ranch Dressing.
- Toss the Ranch-Coated Chicken Bites in the Breading until thoroughly
coated. Knock off any excess breading.
- Bake the Chicken Bites @ 450°F for 10-12 minutes, or until they reach an
internal temperature of 165°F.
- When done, toss the Baked Boneless Chicken Bites in the Whiskey
Habanero Sauce until coated with sauce to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy!!!
WHISKEY
HABANERO SAUCE
- While wearing gloves, de-stem 3 ounces of Habanero Peppers and chop
them until fine, preferably in a food processor.
- Measure 2 oz of your favorite Whiskey and 4 oz of White Vinegar into a
medium size sauté pan. Add the fine
chopped Habanero Peppers.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat for 1 minute, to infuse
the Habanero flavor into the liquid, and cook off the alcohol.
- Whisk in 0.5 oz Cornstarch vigorously until smooth.
- Combine this thickened mixture with 1 Cup Ketchup, 1 Cup Molasses, and
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt and whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined.
OREO MILKSHAKE
Ingredients
3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of Oreo cookie crumbles
Chocolate syrup (optional)
Whipped cream (optional)
Directions:
Place vanilla ice cream into
blender.
Add milk, followed by Oreo
cookie crumbles.
Add chocolate syrup, if you
like a slightly chocolaty shake
Blend until all contents are
mixed thoroughly. Use a medium setting for a thicker shake, or a high
setting for a thinner consistency.
Pour into a glass, top with
whipped cream and serve!
