Witnesses Rescue Woman Who Crashed Car Into Pond

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Witnesses rescued a woman after she crashed her car into a pond in Donelson overnight.

It happened just before midnight at the Stewart's Ferry Apartments. Police said the woman was upset over a fight with her boyfriend and drove off upset. She then crashed her car into a pond on the property.

Witnesses ran to help her, and managed to save her from the sinking car.

She was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
