Library Dedicated to Long-Time School Employee

Posted: Updated:

NASHVILLE, Tenn.-  Sunday was a big day at Oak Hill School on Franklin Pike in Nashville. The library was dedicated to long-time receptionist, Roxie Gibson.

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Oak Hill School, and Gibson has worked there for more than four decades. Gibson has written a series of books called Hey God!  The 12-book series answers a variety of questions commonly asked by children and can be found in the school's library.

Gibson is also the lady all the students at the school go to to have their teeth pulled. Many former students joke that she has pulled more teeth than most Nashville dentists.
