Williamson County Man Arrested For 4th DUI

FRANKLIN, Tenn.- A Williamson County man was released on bond Monday, after being arrested for his 4th DUI.

Officers stopped 27-year-old Kyle Brasher early Sunday morning on I-65 south in Williamson County. Police said they spotted Brasher driving 85 Miles-per-hour in a 60-mile per hour construction zone. After arresting him for drunken driving, officers found a loaded handgun and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.

Brasher was arrested and charged with DUI, Unlawful Possession of a Handgun While Intoxicated, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of the Implied Consent Law.

He was released on a $6,500 bond and was scheduled to be in court February 23, 2012.
