FRANKLIN, Tenn. - All lanes of Interstate 65 Southbound have re-opened after a milk truck overturned, spilling milk on the interstate.

The crash happened just before 9 p.m. between Murfreesboro and Peytonsville Roads.

The truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash and police said the driver only suffered minor injuries. Traffic was backed up significantly while the wreck was cleaned up.

One lane was cleared overnight, but the roadway was still partially blocked until just before noon as crews worked to repair a guardrail.

It was unclear what caused the wreck. Police were investigating.
