NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A four-month long investigation has paid off for Metro Police, disrupting a cocaine distribution network and a murder-for-hire plot.

Since November, the 20th Judicial District Drug Task Force has monitored 29-year-old Justin Jones, believing he was the head of a vast cocaine distribution network. On Friday, agents witnessed Jones receiving multiple kilograms of cocaine, delivered by Everardo Gante to a home on Trinity Lane. The drugs were valued in excess of $200,000. Police moved in and arrested both men. Jones was charged with possession of cocaine for resale, conspiracy to sell cocaine and conspiracy to commit criminal homicide. He is being held in lieu of $750,000 bond. Gante was charged with possessing cocaine for resale and conspiring to sell cocaine. He was being held in lieu of $261,000 bond.

An associate of Gante, Antolin Sandoval was also arrested. Police believe that Sandoval was working with Gante to deliver out-of-state cocaine to Jones. He was charged with engaging in a cocaine conspiracy. He was being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Sandoval's roommate, Marcos Dealmonte, was also arrested. According to police Dealmonte had two pounds of marijuana hidden in an air vent inside a child's bedroom in their home. Dealmonte was charged with felony marijuana and gun crimes. He was being held in lieu of $40,000 bond.

While performing surveillance, authorities also learned Jones hired 31-year-old Ricardo Wiggins to kill a man who was just out of prison on cocaine charges. Wiggins was arrested before any murder was committed. He was being held in the Davidson County Jail on $250,000 bond.
