Suspended Centennial High Teacher Resigns

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – A Centennial high school teacher who was suspended while under investigation has resigned.

Williamson County School officials said David Noles submitted his resignation on Tuesday.

Noles was under investigation by police and the school district for allegedly sending inappropriate text and/or computer messages to a student. He was suspended without pay following the investigation.

He was an English teacher at Centennial High School. School officials said he is also an assistant football coach at Brentwood High School.

No charges have been filed against him.
