NASHVILLE, Tenn.- A local hero has passed away. Pearl Harbor survivor Sam Roberson died Sunday at the age of 93.

Roberson was kind enough to share his remarkable story with NewsChannel 5 last year, on the 70th anniversary of the December 7th attack.

Roberson lived in Lobelville, Tennessee. His memorial service will be held March 10th and will be open to the public in Linden Tennessee.
