NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The westbound lanes of Interstate 40 have reopened following a crash involving five vehicles on Monday morning.
It happened around 7:20 a.m. at mile marker 220, just before the Stewarts Ferry Pike exit.
Police dispatch said up to five vehicles were involved. At least two people were taken to the hospital by ambulance.
It was cleared by 9 a.m.
