NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A Tennessee car company has promised to make Peyton Manning a Titan no matter what. Nissan is joining the push for Peyton to move to Tennessee with an interesting tactic.
They're actually offering to make a Nissan Titan Pro-4X pick-up truck for Manning. On their website, Nissan wrote an open letter to Manning saying, "So next time you're in Nashville, give us a call and we'll bring the keys."
In an effort to remain neutral, Nissan indicates it will make Manning a Titan regardless of the NFL team he chooses.
Peyton Manning is considering three teams: the Titans, Broncos, and 49ers, and reportedly he hasn't given any indication of which way he's leaning.
Manning met and threw for all three teams this week at different locations. The four-time NFL MVP also told the Dolphins and Cardinals thanks, but no thanks.
The former Tennessee Volunteer left his workout with the Titans Saturday to spend the weekend celebrating his 11th wedding anniversary with his wife, Ashley.
He could come up with a decision to announce as soon as Monday.
