Family Searches for Clues in Disappearance 8 Years Later

Posted: Updated:

SPRINGFIELD, Tenn.- It's been eight years since a Robertson County mother and young daughter, Jennifer and Adrianna Wix, were last seen alive.

Sunday, family and friends came together and released balloons in their honor. To this day, investigators have discovered no signs of foul play and have made no arrests. They don't know what happened to Jennifer and Adrianna.

Bikers also took part in what they call the "Chain of Hope Ride." The hope is this event helps deliver the tip that brings them home.

"It's hard to keep the fight up sometimes, but I don't have a choice.  And I promised my daughter. I knew the next day after she disappeared. I knew it was bad, and I promised her then, and I promised God I wouldn't quit looking for them," said Kathy Nale, Jennifer Wix's Mother.

Anyone with any information about what happened to Jennifer or Adrianna is asked to call the Robertson County Sheriff's Department.
