NASHVILLE, Tenn.- On the final night of the Tin Pan South festival, the long line of people waiting to get into one of the live music venues was a sign the event has been a success.

Saturday night, the best songwriters from around the world were in Music City for the biggest songwriters' festival on the planet.

One hot spot to perform was The Rutledge on 4th Avenue South. On the final night of the festival, performers Stephanie Chapman, Emily West and Billy Nobel took the stage.

All week, venues across town have opened their stages to performers in a unique opportunity for fans to get up close and personal with some of the most influential players in the industry.

This year marks the 20th year of the Tin Pan South, songwriter celebration.
