CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is sponsoring a contest designed to inspire people to eat healthy foods.
The competition involves creating menu options for lunch in four categories: Cost savvy; easy breezy; school's in; and sky's the limit.
Entry criteria are U.S. Department of Agriculture dietary guidelines, which stress using fruit, vegetables, proteins, grains and calcium.
Each category will have two winners: $500 for first place and $250 for second place.
