NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A candy company with a 100-year history in Nashville for a hundred years is hosting a job fair Monday.

Standard Candy Company is looking to hire people for skilled manufacturing positions.

The job fair goes from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.at the Holiday Inn Nashville Airport on Elm Hill Pike.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED; English language proficiency; stable work history with one or more years of recent manufacturing experience; be flexible to work in any shift in a demanding fast-paced environment; and complete a background, pre-employment and drug screening.
