Five Suspects Wanted In Walmart Shoplifting

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Police have asked for the public's help to identify five people suspected of shoplifting nearly $6,000 worth of jewelry from a local Walmart.

Police said the shoplifting occurred on March 6th at the Walmart on Hamilton Church Road.

Officials said the suspects, four men and one woman in their 20s or 30s came into the store just before midnight and went straight to the jewelry counter. One of the men pried open the display case handed the jewelry to a second suspect as the other three acted as lookouts.

According to police the suspects fled the scene in a green or blue Chevrolet Suburban.

Anyone with information about this crime has been asked to call Metro Crime Stoppers at 74-Crime.
