Endangered Child Alert Remains For Three Local Children

WHITE COUNTY, Tenn.- An endangered child alert has been issued for three young children from White County.

Police said that for 5-year-old Abrianne Davis, 4 -year-old Clifton Rice and 1-year-old Breanna Rice were taken by their non-custodial mother on Friday.

Officials with the White County Sheriff's Department described 5-year-old Abrianne Davis as a white female, about 3'3 tall and weighing about 58 pounds. Her younger brother, 4 -year-old Clifton Rice was described as a white male about 3'2 tall and weighing about 48 pounds. The youngest child, 1-year-old Breanna Rice was described as a white female, about 2'4 tall and weighing about 35 pounds.

The children's mother, Tiffany Tolbert-Rice is a white female with red hair and blue eyes. Police said she is about 5'2" tall and weighs about 150 pounds. Officials said she may be traveling in a 1999 Green Oldsmobile Bravada with TN License Plate 722WFH.
