BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) - A Bowling Green man has been charged in the shootings of two Western Kentucky University football players.

The Daily News in Bowling Green reported Travis Fant is charged with two counts of first-degree assault, one count of receiving stolen property-firearm and one count of tampering with physical evidence. Jail records online did not list an attorney for Fant.

Police spokesman Officer Ronnie Ward said 21-year-old Tevin Holliman and 20-year-old Ricardo Singh each suffered a gunshot wound early Sunday outside the Lava Lounge. University Interim Athletics Director Todd Stewart said neither player's injury was life-threatening.

Holliman is a sophomore from Tucker, Georgia, and Singh is a freshman from Auburndale, Florida.
