MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Mitt Romney is all but certain to sweep Tuesday's five presidential primaries, marking a nearly definitive end to the Republican nomination process.

Voters in New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Rhode Island and Pennsylvania are set to cast ballots Tuesday. But the former Massachusetts governor won't be in any of those states Tuesday night. Instead, he'll return to New Hampshire, the state where a sweeping primary victory set him down the path to the GOP presidential nomination.

Romney is planning a speech he's titled "A Better America Begins Tonight." Aides say the address will represent a definitive turn away from the primary contest and toward Democratic President Barack Obama and the general election.

All told, 209 delegates to the GOP convention are at stake in Tuesday's primaries.
