Chattanooga Police Report Murder-For-Hire Case

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) - Chattanooga police have arrested a woman on charges she tried to hire someone to have another woman killed.

Officers said 54-year-old Sharon Zurconett of Soddy-Daisy was arrested Tuesday at her home on one count of solicitation to commit first-degree murder.

A news release said a month-long investigation showed she wanted to have a local woman killed for personal reasons.
