Combine cake mix, eggs, orange juice concentrate, oil and orange sections in a bowl and beat for 2-3 minutes or until well blended. Coat miniature muffin tins with vegetable spray. Pour batter into muffin cups using a small ladle or measuring cup. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Loosen cupcakes and place on cooling rack; cool slightly. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and orange juice; beat until smooth. Dip cupcakes in glaze and drain on cooling rack.
Yield: 6-7 dozen miniature cupcakes
**Place waxed paper or aluminum foil under cooling rack to catch extra glaze that drips.
**If using an orange cake mix, use 1 cup of orange juice instead of orange juice concentrate.
