NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday afternoon after crashing into the back of a box truck.
Bradley A. Collier, 35, was riding his Kawasaki motorcycle north on Woodlawn Drive at Compton Road when he collided with back of a box truck, owned by Color Burst Landscapes of Brentwood, as it turned.
Collier died on the scene.
The driver of the truck, 25-year-old Orlando Gayoso-Robles, was issued a misdemeanor citation for not having a Tennessee driver's license.
Police continue to investigate the cause and contributing factors to the crash.
The road was closed as crews worked to clear the scene.
