Pre-Teen Files False Abduction Report

WINCHESTER, Tenn.- A pre-teen who claimed to have been abducted could now face charges for filing a false report.

On Monday, Winchester Police say the 12-year-old told them that two men had grabbed her and forced her to a motel where she was raped.

However while detectives investigated, the girl admitted she made the story up, so she wouldn't get in trouble with her parents.

Police are still searching for a 19-year-old man who was with the girl.
