SPRING HILL, Tenn.- A funeral home in Spring Hill is trying one more time to get permission for a new crematory.

Owners of Spring Hill Memorial Park and Funeral Home plan on going in front of the Municipal Board of Zoning Appeals next week.

The funeral home went before leaders last year, but they turned them down after neighbors complained about environmental safety and health issues. The city paid for a study that revealed even under the worst conditions, there was only a small chance of harm to the public.

Still the council voted it down because of a lack of public support.
