CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- Criminal homicide charges against one of the two people accused in the death of a Fort Campbell soldier have been sent to the grand jury.
Eighteen-year-old Giovanni Johnson appeared in court Monday and a judge refused to lower his bond.
Investigators said Johnson and a 17-year-old shot 22-year-old Taylor Hotzoglou late last month. They left his body in his car on the side of Victory Road in Clarksville. Hotzoglou's roommate told police the two teens showed up at their apartment, asked to use the phone, then asked for a ride.
A hearing will be held to determine if the 17-year-old suspect will be charged as an adult.
