Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck Helps 'Carry The Load'

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Titans' star Matt Hasselbeck took a two hour walk with other residents from Vanderbilt to Belle Meade.

The Titans quarterback hit Nashville streets on Thursday night to help "Carry The Load".

It's a 1,700 mile relay across the country to raise money for different veteran causes, and the walk came right through Music City.

Hasselbeck said it was an incredible opportunity he couldn't pass up.

"I was introduced to what they were doing, just really trying to raise awareness about what Memorial Day is truly all about," said Hasselbeck.

Carry the Load started in New York and will end in Dallas, just in time for Memorial Day weekend.
