SMYRNA, Tenn.- The man accused of killing a 14-year-old at a graduation party has pleaded guilty.

Chris Nachampasak will spend the next 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree murder.

Police say he shot and killed 14-year-old Rachan Chatree at a graduation party in Smyrna in May 2010. Chatree was standing on the porch of the home when investigators say Nachampasak drove by and shot into the party.

Police say it was gang related.
