SMYRNA, Tenn.- The man
accused of killing a 14-year-old at a graduation party has pleaded guilty.
Chris Nachampasak will
spend the next 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to second-degree
murder.
Police say he shot and
killed 14-year-old Rachan Chatree at a graduation party in Smyrna in May 2010.
Chatree was standing on the porch of the home when investigators say Nachampasak
drove by and shot into the party.
Police say it was gang
related.
