State Takes Custody Of Five Children At Meth House

LENOIR CITY, Tenn. (AP) - Loudon County authorities said five children were inside a home where an active methamphetamine lab was found.

The Department of Children's Services took custody of them.

WVLT-TV reported the illicit drug operation was found Wednesday night at a home on Highland Avenue and five people were taken into police custody. There was no immediate word on how many would be charged.
