TONY NEELY / NEELY'S BARBECUE
Ingredients
2-slabs baby back ribs
6-oz. Neely's seasoning
1-Teaspoon salt
16-oz. Neely's Barbecue Sauce
2 Bottles of premium lager beer
Rinse and remove membrane from ribs, cut each slab in half. Place ribs in a
large roasting pan. Mix, 4oz Neely's seasoning, 1-teaspoon salt, and 2
bottles of beer. Pour beer mixture over ribs, cover pan and marinate in the
refrigerate 8 hours, or over night.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Remove ribs from marinate mixture, seasoning with
remaining Neely's seasoning, wrap ribs in foil, open one end of the foil on
each slab and place on a baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 2 hours
or until the ribs reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.
Place the grill Pan on the stove top, under medium heat, remove ribs from
the foil and place on the grill pan, brush several times with Neely's Barbecue
Sauce.
