NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The case against man accused of videotaping up a teenager's skirt while she was walking around a local mall has been bound over to the grand jury.

Antonio Chinal-Becerril, 39, was in court for his preliminary hearing on Thursday morning.

During the hearing, the 16-year-old girl's mother testified that she and her daughter were shopping at Opry Mills Mall on May 19 when she noticed a man bending down, and holding a cell phone underneath her daughter's skirt.

She said she confronted the man, who walked away fast, and followed him into a store. Mall security then took the man, later identified as Becerril, into custody.

A sex crime detective also testified that they found approximately 800 videos on Becerril's phone, including two videos of the victim and some other unidentified women.

Police said Becerril admitted he recorded the girl in several stores throughout Opry Mills when he was initially arrested.

Becerril was charged with unlawful photography, and held on $10,000 bond.
