Police Say Man Exposed Himself To Two-Year-Old Girl

CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Police in Clarksville have arrested a man who allegedly exposed himself to a two-year-old girl while he was drunk.

Todd Rudolph, 43, was charged with assault, public intoxication, indecent exposure, and resisting arrest.

Police said a man called them around 10 p.m. Thursday to report that a neighbor walked up to his daughter and exposed himself to her. Police identified Rudolph as the suspect, and went to his home.

They said he smelled strongly of alcohol, and fought with them, kicking an officer in the thigh area, during his arrest.

He was booked into the Montgomery County jail on $8,928 bond.
