Missing Man With Alzheimer's Found Safe In Moore County

FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. – A missing man with Alzheimer's was found safe on Monday morning in Moore County.

Fayetteville Police said 76-year-old John Buchanan was not hurt.

He had left a residential facility in Lincoln County around 7:15 p.m. Sunday and has not been seen since.

Police had said it was possible that he was trying to get to the place where he grew up.
