Man Injured In Shooting In North Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A man was seriously injured after someone opened fire during an argument in north Nashville on Monday.

The shooting happened just after 6:30 p.m. in the 1500 block of Buchanan Street.

Police said that one man was shot in the chest in an alley off the street. Officers said the victim and the shooter got into an argument about where the victim was standing.

The victim's name has not been released, but he taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said they do not have a good description of the shooter.
