Man Carjacked At Gunpoint In Murfreesboro

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. – Police are searching for two men who carjacked a man at gunpoint in Murfreesboro.

The victim pulled into a motel parking lot on Westgate Boulevard, and when he slowed the car two men with guns allegedly jumped inside.

The one who got into the passenger seat threatened to kill him and demanded cash. The other man held the victim down from behind and frisked him for his wallet and other valuables.

The two thieves then jumped from the car and escaped in a maroon four-door vehicle.

Police were still looking for the suspects.
