Officer Catches Man Attempting To Kidnap Two Girls

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A police officer arrested a man after catching him attempt to kidnap two little girls in Madison.

The police officer said he watched Michael Winters coax the two girls into his Forest Park Road home.

Then he tried to grab the two and yelled at them.They managed to get away.

After talking with the girls, the officer went back to Winters' house. He would only tell the officer that he needed a girl, according to police.

He was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted kidnapping. He was being held in lieu of $85,000 bond.
