Swedish Player Signs With Nashville Predators

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- The Nashville Predators have signed right wing Patrick Cehlin, a 2010 draft pick who has played in the Swedish Elite League for three seasons.

The team said Tuesday he signed a three-year entry-level contract and is expected to play his first season in North America in 2012-13.

Cehlin was a fifth-round draft pick.
