Overturned Dump Truck Partially Blocks Briley Parkway East

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – An overturned dump truck blocked the right lane of Briley Parkway eastbound Wednesday, north of downtown Nashville.

The crash happened around 1 p.m. at mile marker 18, west of I-24.

A fuel leak was reported. No one was hurt.

The Tennessee Department of Transportation's website first reported the roadway would not be cleared until 5:30 p.m., but crews were able to clear the scene by 4 p.m.
